If you wish to return an item for a refund please fill out your return slip included in your order and return your item within 10 days of delivery. All items returned must be in original packaging with tags attached. All items must be unworn, undamaged free of any marks and odors. All swimwear & lingerie are non returnable. All products are thoroughly checked for faults before being packaged and shipped however if you do believe you have been sent a faulty item please contact us immediately with photographs of the fault.

All our parcels are shipped out with Royal Mail. We ship all of our parcels out with tracking. Your tracking information will be included in your confirmation of shipping email.
